A new software to facilitate your work - RefWorks

The size of characters:  smaller | bigger

RefWorks is a web-based commercial citation manager is designed to help researchers easily gather, manage, store and share all types of information; subscribers can store their reference database online, retrieve bibliographies and design texts in terms of their literature references allowing them to use and update it from anywhere.

Universities can subscribe on behalf of all their students and faculty; the application enables linking to electronic editions of journals to which the university libraries hold subscriptions. This linking is accomplished by incorporating an institution's OpenURL resolver.

"I have used reference database software for many years. RefWorks is the most intuitive and least problematic of any software that I have used. It permits me to capture the reference information for the online resources more effectively than other tools. I am also impressed by the responsiveness of the RefWorks development team. Personally, I have found RefWorks invaluable!"
(Jeff Olsen Associate Vice President of Online Learning & Services
Director of Library and Information Sciences St John's University; USA)

The software installed to the appointed computers is available for our readers in the Central Library.
