The service provides information covering all the important questions relating to university studies. All who intend to pursue studies in the U.S.A., the U.K., in other European countries or in Hungary can ask the librarians there.
There are brochures about the system of higher education, about the institutions, university programmes, the conditions and methods of enrollment. (Material on the U.S.A. and the U.K. are in the greatest number.)
Material on preparation for the American entrance exams may be used on the premises.
You can inquire about professional trainings, the Open University, scholarships and summer courses. You can get information on how to write applications, biographies and curriculum vitaes.
The reference and advisory service has been operating in the library since 1990.
